FARMERS' MARKET WILL BE HELD AT RAILROAD PARK from 4pm-7pm every Thursday, June 13th til Aug 22nd (10 weeks).
Join us in beautiful Historic Downtown Tehachapi for a great assortment of foods, hand crafted and select items. Musical performances, friendly people, fantastic food to purchase for preparing at home, or to eat at the Market. While you're Downtown, please visit some of our local stores. Come early or stay late. We look forward to seeing you at Farmers Market.

BRAND NEW EVENT!
Mother's Day Wine Walk, Saturday, May 11th, 2013 from 6pm until 8pm.
TICKETS ARE NOW AVAILABLE BY CHECK OR CASH AT: DAHLIA or GET DRESSED
This event will be limited to the first 200 participants. You'll visit 8 locations that will each have white and red wines and appetizers. You can enjoy live music while you taste and browse and clothes, jewelry, antiques etc. Tickets are $30 each for eight tastes. Our May weather can be some of the most beautiful of the year and so a stroll in Downtown is just a perfect way to start the celebration of your favorite Mother. Sept 7th, 2013
12pm til 8pm
Join us for Tehachapi Oktoberfest Festival In the Mountains. This festival, held in Historic Downtown Tehachapi, California right on Tehachapi Blvd, includes such attractions as live German music, polka dancing, German Car Show, and spectacular fine German food. And of course we will have an assortment of delicious German BEERS!!! and commemorative Beer Stein for sale. $5 entry fee. Fun for kids too with a petting zoo, face painting, kids games and bounce house, and climbing wall.

Saturday, October 5th, 2013 ~ 6pm til 9pm in Historic Downtown Tehachapi
Main Street Tehachapi announces The Fall Wine and Beer Walk.
Enjoy an evening stroll downtown tasting Wines & Beers paired with appetizers. Downtown Businesses will host our Annual Summer Wine & Beer Walk in Historic Downtown Tehachapi. Musicians throughout downtown will entertain you while you walk with your friends and loved ones. Enjoy the fresh, clean and crisp air of our beautiful Mountain town. Cost: $25 or $30 day of the event for eight tastings of 1 1/2 oz of wine or 3 oz of beer and $30 day of the event.

 Trunk-or-Treat
Main Street Tehachapi has paired up with the Tehachapi Police Department and the City of Tehachapi for the Trunk-or-Treat event in Historic Downtown Tehachapi.
You should participate! - Decorate your ride and help promote a safe Halloween in our beautiful Historic Downtown.
It's FUN and Simple - All you have to do is come downtown, park, decorate your trunk or whatever, bring lots of candy and hand it out to thousands of youngsters that just want to have a great Halloween.

Join the Celebration TODAY, February 9, 2013 - 6 to 9 p.m. This event sets the mood for love and friendship and is a favorite during this season. You and your sweetheart or loved ones will taste a variety of fine wines and chocolates.
You will receive 8 tasting tickets and a map of the participating Downtown businesses at 5:45p.m. Appetizers are served at each and every business (20 of them) and hand made local chocolates from Linda's Cakes N Things. A great selection of red and white wines are available to satisfy every taste.
Tickets are $30 per person on day of the event. You can purchase tickets at The Apple Shed Restaurant or Kohnen's Country Bakery OR use the Buy Now button below until 4pm ONLY and purchase tickets through PayPal. Tickets are also available AT THE DOOR starting at 5:45pm. Go to the Tehachapi Train Depot Museum at 101 West Tehachapi Blvd and get your tickets there.
